Before your Pops arrive

Three boxes with six Pops in each 18 Pops in total.

Each box contains six individually wrapped Power Pops. Each Pop is approximately 40 g.

No. We make our Pops without added preservatives or stabilizers, using real fruit and Greek yogurt cultured in-house.

We make our Pops with Greek yogurt cultured in-house, real fruit and other ingredients that vary by flavour. All flavours contain milk. Our Banana & Peanut Butter flavour also contains peanuts. Please read the ingredient and allergen information for your chosen flavour before ordering and contact us if you have a food allergy.

Delivery is $12 for a one-time order and free with a subscription. We deliver frozen orders on Thursdays, usually between 2- 8 pm. We’ll contact you to confirm your delivery, and your Pops will be packed with dry ice for the journey.

Place your Pops in the freezer as soon as they arrive and keep them frozen. Their shelf life is three months when stored frozen; please follow the best-before date on your pack.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Confirmation of you order

A text message / sms will be sent to you at the beginning of the delivery week, confirming the delivery for that Thursday between 11 – 4 pm If there is no acknowledgement or response to the message, your delivery will not push through for that week

Be Present or Contactable

Please ensure that you or someone else is present and contactable at the delivery address during the delivery date and time of your order. This allows our dedicated delivery partners to perform their tasks efficiently and helps avoid delays for other customers.

If nobody is Present at the Specified Delivery Address

Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you using the contact details provided in your order and wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If no one is available to receive your order, the package will be placed at your doorstep to allow our delivery partners to continue their route. In such cases, Power Pops will not be liable for any spoilage of products. Please retrieve your Pops and store them in the freezer as soon as possible.

If Delivery is Unsuccessful Due to Absence or Incorrect Address

In case our delivery partners cannot deliver your order because

  • you are absent and your estate’s security personnel refuse or are unavailable to assist, or
  • you provided an incorrect address; we will not retrieve them from the wrong address for re-delivery.

If we cannot complete your delivery due to these reasons, your order will be forfeited. If the delivery is completed to the wrong address, you will need to arrange to retrieve your order.

Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

Traffic and weather conditions may cause unforeseen delays beyond the specified timeframe. In such cases, our delivery partners will notify you of their location via SMS/WhatsApp to minimize any inconvenience. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
